This cute, older, used UNIQUE dinasuar pin has brand new batterys installed and when turned on, it worked just fine! Has flashing eyes that will surly draw attention! When you clip the pin on and latch it closed, it makes the connection and the eyes start to flash. To turn it off, unhook and leave it unhooked. I have not seen any of these type of pins around.
