This is a brand new, never opened punch needle kit. The design is of poppies. It contains cotton thread, printed poly/cotton fabric and instructions to make it yourself! It measures 8 inchs by 10 inchs without mat or 12 inchs by 14 inchs with mat. The punch needle tool is NOT included with the kit! A 10 inch plastic hoop is required but not included with this kit! It is easy to do, fun, and relaxing!
