Acquired at an Estate Sale this item is used. It appears to be of a german desent. It depicts a monk with upstretched arms and holding a religious book with a cross on the front of the book. The figure is multi colored on a white background. The word Munchen is in gold colored lettering within a blue band accross the top of the pin. The pin is in the shape of a shield. There is a vintage spring closure on the back of it. It measures about 1/2" X 1/2"
