This is considered used because it comes from an Estate Sale. This fun pin will actually light up and flash on and off until you take the batterys out. It is red and black colored and says: One more year to party - 39 - Then I'm old. The back of the pin has a knob to unscrew to put replacement batterys in. I had to purchase and put in, two new batterys, to make sure that the pin was working properly and they will be included with this item. Unfortunately the batterys cost me $5.00 EACH and the pin requires two of them. Its up to you to decide if the cost of the pin and two batterys are worth it to you, for what I have to get for it! ($2.00 for the pin and $10.00 for the 2 batterys) Either way, someone had to buy the batterys to make the pin work. Take a LOOK!
