This is considered used because it comes from an Estate Sale. I am not sure what this design is or what it represents. It is made of a silver grey colored metal. The design looks similar to other Hamilton Standard items that I have, so I am assumeing it is from that company. It is still sealed in the origional cellophane packaging. In good condition! A nice addition to any collection!
