Everything in this lot goes together! Railroad/Electric Train Collectables! There are two photographs. The pictures were taken in 1966 by Noel Phillips. I believe the trains are older than that! (1) Newark City Subway Penn Station #12 Train (2) Newark City Subway Storage Tracks at Penn. Station. (I do not know who Noel Phillips is or how he came to take these pictures or why.) Also included in this lot is... Metropolitan Transit badge #400. It is blue and silver in color. It has two screw type post on the back. There are four symbols imprinted in the metal on the back of this emblem...also... two badges for I.R.T. Co. Engineering Dept. #9454 and #9388.....both appear to be made of brass or similier to brass...There is also one that says ......The Connecticut Company #408 and is blue and silver colored. There is something imprinted on the back of this but I can't make out what it is. There are two CONDUCTOR emblems/badges and both have different numbers. Says Conductor on the top & N.Y. Railways Co. on the bottom and the numbers are #402 and #294.....The back of these say ...Heeren Bros. + Co. ..... Patented Pittsburg PA ........ There is a map of the Great Northern Railway routes of the United States, dated 1957. It shows routes taken by the Empire Builder and the Western Star Railway trains. It also shows the Burlington Line routes, the main connection routes, and other railroad routes. Copyright 1957. This map is about 45 years old and is in MINT condition! Great Display piece for the train collector! I believe these things are antiques. They were acquired in an Estate sale so I don't know much about them! This whole lot will be sold as one! I will not split them up!! Please look at the pictures carefully, there is some wear and slight rusting on some pieces!..DON'T LET THIS ONE SLIP BY! These hard to find items are great for the avid train collector.
