This is a older item for xmas. Acquired from an Estate Sale but still in good condition! This metal plate says : Jingle Bells 1991 and has sleigh bells displayed around the rim. The picture inside is itched into the metal and depicts a couple in a horse drawn sleigh with a farm in the distance. Has a metal hanger in the back and a sticker that says, Hand crafted in the USA. There are also itched makers marks and the words, WILTON MOUNT, JOY PA USA. I think it is made out of alluminum but I can't be sure on that. It does have some weight to it! It is silver colored with black highlights. I would consider this item as antique because of the age. LQQK!
