This is a Risque item that comes from the Beauty mark Tattooing Parlor that was established in 1979 in Waterbury, CT. I do not know if it is still in business today. It says on the front "Enjoy this because you will never get screwed at the Beauty Mark" and when you open the cover, it has a sealed rubber condom inside!! I am assuming it has never been used as it is sealed! This is quite a unique item!! Take a LQQK!!
